Pricing for Whole and Half Premium Registered Angus Beef®

Whole Registered Angus® Steer:

What you order includes:

  • Approximately 400-450/lbs of beef
  • Vacuum sealed and flash frozen to protect flavor, tenderness, nutrients and freshness

Price:

  • $5.50 per pound of hanging weight
  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due at booking

Pick up:

  • For safety and to prevent thawing we recommend bringing coolers to transport your beef

Storage:

  • Since the beef is vacuum sealed and flash frozen, it can be kept in the freezer for 18-24 months
  • For a whole steer order of approximately 400-450/lbs, you'll need approximately 30-cubic feet of freezer space or 1-cubic foot per 30/lbs of beef 

Half Registered Angus® Steer:

What you order includes:

  • Approximately 200-250/lbs of beef
  • Vacuum sealed and flash frozen to protect flavor, tenderness, nutrients and freshness

Price:

  • $6.50 per pound of hanging weight
  • $500 non-refundable deposit is due at booking

Pick up:

  • For safety and to prevent thawing we recommend bringing coolers to transport your beef

Storage:

  • Since the beef is vacuum sealed and flash frozen, it can be kept in the freezer for 18-24 months
  • For a half steer order of approximately 200-250/lbs, you'll need approximately 15-cubic feet of freezer space or 1-cubic foot per 30/lbs of beef
